Hired to replace soffits and fascias. Had to ask team to visit again twice after work was completed to fix mistakes and poor craftmanship. Guttering was not fixed plumb. Not in the slightest impressed with the work they carried out. Would not recommend this company.

Southern Counties were timely, neat and tidy and polite. We had a stubborn leak but they came back several times and didn’t give up until it was resolved. Their pricing was clear and easy to pay and there were no additional costs. Would recommend

Super quick response, came out to look the day I called, two days later the fix was completed. 100% recommend. Professional, friendly firm, good price.

Leaking roof gully. Michael responded quickly to our initial query, visited to inspect the site and explained the options. We chose replacement rather than repair. Work done efficiently and professionally by Dan who had to perch on an awkward area with limited space and fragile tiles. Site left clean and tidy. Looks to be excellent work - just waiting for it to rain again now!

Really happy with the advice, service and repair provided by mike and dan for my damaged ridge vent tile. His quote was honest and fair and we re used the tiles where possible to keep costs down. Dan turned up early and did a nice, neat and clean job, explaining clearly what he was going to do. Would highly recommned.

I contacted Southern counties as a friend recommended them. I had a leaky chimney a bit of a damp wall and a few loose tiles. Michael came round very quickly and took a drone up on the roof which was great to see the work that was needed first hand. Dan arrived the next day and completed all the works. He was a lovely, friendly hard working chap and kept me up to date with everything he was doing. The price was very reasonable and there was no upselling for things i didnt need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

Great service by Mike & his team! We can’t believe how quickly they responded to our leaky roof (and gutters)! Dan did such a good job with the chimney repairs so we chose the same company to come back to replace the fascias, soffits & gutters. Dan and Connor were really courteous and again did a brilliant job.

A very efficient company. Asked for repair to summer house. Had an immediate response and a visit just 20 mins later. Job booked for two days afterwards. The team worked all day to replace a portion of roofing and made a very neat job of it. Could not be more satisfied. Thanks Mike and your team.

Chimney Repair. Very responsive, Micheal provided estimate and did job next day! Guys were polite, knew what they were doing and very tidy. Ultimately the proof of an effective job will be if it has fully stopped the leak, which will take time to confirm, but first impressions are very positive. I would certainly use them again.
